The Neighborhood 360° – a New York City Department Small Business Services program – identifies, develops, and launches commercial revitalization projects in partnership with local stakeholders. Through proactive planning and targeted investments, Neighborhood 360° supports projects that strengthen and revitalize the streets, small businesses, and community-based organizations that anchor New York City neighborhoods. For more information on Neighborhood 360°, please visit www.nyc.gov/neighborhood360.
Through Commercial District Needs Assessments (CDNAs) (Download PDF), Neighborhood 360° analyzes the existing business landscapes, consumer characteristics, physical environments, and unique characters of the commercial corridors and local businesses that make up the identity of each neighborhood. CDNAs identify the needs and opportunities for local neighborhood revitalization, with recommendations for merchant organizing, public programming, district marketing and branding, streetscape enhancements, business support services, and other quality of life improvements that will be funded by the Neighborhood 360° Grants. Inwood is one of six neighborhoods recipients of the Neighborhood 360 grant.
